We are always happy to welcome our players back with open arms but there are some points to note before re-opening an account:
If you want to re-open your account after a period of "Timeout"
You don't need to do anything. The account will automatically be restored after the time-out finishes.
If you have previously had a "Self-Exclusion" and the set period has passed
We must speak to you on the phone before we can consider the reopening.
If none of the above apply
You can reach us on email or phone and we will process the request for you on the spot.
