Why won't it let me play or deposit?

This could be for a number of reasons. The most common causes for this are:

  • You’ve reached your deposit or other account limit
  • You need to provide your ID and Proof of Address
  • You’ve locked your account by entering the wrong login details too many times.
  • We need to speak to you about your account and haven’t reached you yet.

You may need to reset your password. Do this by clicking here.

If it’s not any of the three above, we most likely need to speak to you. Get in touch with our customer support team and we will find out what we need to do to get you back up and running.
