From time to time, you may need to clear the cache and cookies on your device, to ensure smooth operation and full functionality of the site. How to do this varies on your device and browser. Firefox (PC)
- Click on the 3 dots in the top-right corner and select “History”
- Select “Clear Recent History”
- Set the time range to clear to "Everything" and make sure all 5 options under History are selected (displaying the tick)
- Click on the “Clear Now” button to complete the process
Google Chrome (PC)
- Click on the 3 dots in the top-right corner and select “Settings”
- Select “Privacy and Security”
- Select “Clear Browsing Data”
- Set the time range to "All Time" and make sure all 3 options are selected (displaying the tick)
- Click on the “Clear Data” button to complete the process
Google Chrome (Android)
- Tap the tab selection square at the top of the screen
- Tap the 3 dots in the top-right corner and select “Settings”
- Select “Privacy and Security”
- Select “Clear Browsing Data”
- Set the time range to "All Time" and make sure all 3 options are selected (displaying the tick)
- Tap on the “Clear Data” button to complete the process
Google Chrome (iOS)
- Tap the menu toolbar in the bottom-right corner and select “Settings”
- Select “Clear Browsing Data”
- Set the time range to "All Time" and make sure all 3 options are selected (displaying the tick)
- Tap on the “Clear Data” button to complete the process
Microsoft Edge (PC)
- Click on the 3 dots in the top-right corner and select “Settings”
- Select “Privacy, Search, And Services”
- Under “Clear Browsing Data” select “Choose What To Clear”
- Make sure the “Browsing History”, “Cookies And Other Site Data” and “Cached Image And Files” are selected (displaying the tick)
- Click on the “Clear Now” button to complete the process
Safari (iOS)
- Go to Settings
- Select “Safari”
- Select “Clear History and Website Data”
- Select “Clear History and Data” to complete the process
